Hay que ser cuando menos ingenuo, sino tonto, para creer que ahora sí harán cambios.

El fin de semana pasado, con bombos y platillos, se anunció lo obvio: Amarillos por Chile se declararon abiertamente por el Rechazo. Nada sorprendente: se veía venir. El gran problema es que esta agrupación, que debería llamarse Corruptos de la élite por Chile, sigue metiendo bulla sin sustancia ni representatividad de ningún tipo. Ya en marzo pasado, el académico Cristián Warnken, en entrevista con Bad Boys, afirmaba: “Quiero transformación, pero no revolución; quiero igualdad de derechos, pero no un igualitarismo que tire para abajo, creo que hay que reconocer al mundo indígena, pero no quiero una constitución indigenista como en Bolivia» (https://www.elrepuertero.cl/noticia/politica/cristian-warnken-en-bad-boys-con-parisi-sobre-convencion-constituyente-quiero-trans).
Cuesta bastante comprender que una persona que dice haber pertenecido a una célula del MIR ahora valide la opción de continuar con la Constitución de Pinochet. La famosa militancia de Warnken salió a la luz en medio de una polémica con Hermógenes Pérez de Arce, quien lo emplazó a referirse a su pasado (https://www.theclinic.cl/2022/05/06/hermogenes-perez-de-arce-cristian-warnken-militancia/). El “timing” de este emplazamiento es cuando menos sospechoso. ¿Qué gana Pérez de Arce? Nada, pero sí es conveniente para Warnken sacar a relucir credenciales de este tipo en medio de la fundación de Amarillos por Chile. Según él:
“Después del Golpe empecé a militar en una célula del MIR que se armó en el colegio. Teníamos una pequeña imprenta y pegamos unos stickers que decían ´El MIR no ha muerto, la lucha continúa´ y hacíamos miguelitos para ponerlos en los estacionamientos. Eran como pequeños sabotajes revolucionarios en un plan estratégico totalmente delirante”. (https://dfmas.df.cl/df-mas/lecciones-de-vida/cristian-warnken-que-la-izquierda-se-convierta-en-el-partido-del). Una fuente exmirista confirmó la existencia de tal célula en la Alianza Francesa, pero desconoce si Warnken pertenecía o no a ella. Si perteneció al MIR, menos aún se entiende la actitud del académico. Nadie que haya luchado contra la dictadura por convicción puede estar por perpetuar la Constitución de Pinochet.
Veamos a otros de los ilustres miembros de Amarillos. Fulvio Rossi, exsocialista con una larga carrera política que terminó en desgracia, tras un “supuesto” apuñalamiento en medio de una reñida contienda electoral. Según los peritajes, no había sangre en el cuchillo y nunca se encontró al responsable y se le acusó de un montaje (https://www.notimerica.com/sociedad/noticia-denuncian-apunalamiento-senador-chileno-fulvio-rossi-fue-engano-colectivo-conseguir-votos-20171129182134.html). Incluso uno de sus brigadistas avaló esta idea: (https://www.emol.com/noticias/Nacional/2018/05/12/905923/Brigadista-cercano-a-Fulvio-Rossi-a-seis-meses-del-apunalamiento-Es-una-posibilidad-que-se-lo-haya-hecho-el-mismo.html). A Fulvio lo conozco desde que era presidente de la FEUC. Ya en esos años tenía fama de acomodarse e ir adonde calentaba el sol. Rossi, además, estuvo involucrado en el caso de las boletas falsas de SQM, junto a 34 políticos que se zafaron de ir a juicio (https://www.ciperchile.cl/2021/08/04/platas-politicas-de-sqm-la-evidencia-que-acumulo-la-fiscalia-contra-los-34-imputados-que-zafaron-del-juicio/).
Los Amarillos son en su mayoría ex DC. Este es un partido político que en todo el mundo es de derecha; menos en Chile. Algunos de sus miembros como Soledad Alvear, Alejandro Foxley y Jorge Burgos fueron ministros de la Concertación. En el contexto de la salida de la DC de nuestra actual senadora, Alejandra Sepúlveda, esta acusó que Alvear debía hacer un mea culpa por la presiones que ejerció en el caso EFE, a favor de Ajenjo (https://www.emol.com/noticias/nacional/2008/09/02/320232/efe-diputada-ex-dc-emplaza-a-alvear-a-hacer-mea-culpa-por-ejercer-presiones.html). Burgos tuvo que enfrentar tiempos de turbulencia cuando fue ministro del Interior, durante el segundo gobierno de Bachelet. Burgos y Alvear representan la vieja política que la gente rechazó masivamente durante y después del estallido social. Tampoco podemos olvidar que Alejandro Foxley era ministro de Relaciones Exteriores (2006-09) cuando la OECD hizo un llamado de atención frente a la corrupción en Chile, negándolo y señalando su total desacuerdo con la conclusión del organismo.
Muchos de estos políticos de Amarillos fueron parte de una cultura que justificó la corrupción en la política. No hay que olvidar que, en 2007, surgió la “ideología de la corrupción”, cuando tres destacados políticos (Martner, PS; Schaulson, PPD y Boeninger, DC) reconocieron que los partidos políticos usaban fondos del estado para financiar campañas. Eso da inicio a una espiral de desprestigio de la política que lleva 15 años.
La consecuencia de ello es que, tras el estallido social, se escogió a un grupo de gente, en su mayoría, ajenos a la política tradicional dentro de la Convención Constitucional. Eso explica, en gran parte, el desorden del proceso y los variados chascarros que ocurrieron en su interior. El pueblo escogió a gente con poca o nula experiencia política para escribir la nueva Constitución. A esto la derecha le ha sacado enorme partido en su campaña por el Rechazo, que comenzó el día que juraron en el viejo edificio del Congreso Nacional. La conexión ha sido fácil: la Convención es un circo, por tanto, la Constitución es mala. Sin embargo, el mensajero no es lo que importa; lo que vale es el texto constitucional. Esa es la razón por la cual, este medio y otros hemos estado informando en profundidad los contenidos de la Constitución redactada este año. Este miércoles terminó la labor de la Convención, ahora comienza el trabajo de la ciudadanía que es informarse para votar en septiembre.
Una de las cosas que ha propuesto la derecha, y que avalan los Amarillos, es la idea de una tercera vía. Así lo declararon en su definición por el Rechazo: “no significará caos y un retroceso. Chile sabrá encontrar los caminos para llegar a una constitución que nos una. Se necesitará un gran acuerdo nacional y seguiremos trabajando por una nueva constitución”(https://www.latercera.com/politica/noticia/amarillos-por-chile-definen-postura-llaman-a-votar-rechazo-en-el-plebiscito-de-salida/W2L4FEY2AFCU3EQVRXBUKWZT4I/). Esa opción, propuesta por los Amarillos, no existe y es importante que usted, como votante, lo tenga claro.
Aquí llegamos al punto clave de la discusión: votar por el Rechazo es, en efecto, votar por la Constitución de 1980. Cualquier otro argumento es falso. Esto de “rechazar para reformar” es 100% fantasía. De acuerdo a lo aprobado en noviembre de 2019, no hay más alternativa que plebiscito para aprobar el proceso constituyente (plebiscito de entrada) y otro para aprobar o rechazar la nueva Constitución (plebiscito de salida). Cualquier otro cuento que le cuenten es eso: cuento. La derecha, junto a los Amarillos, dicen que la idea es rechazar para luego comenzar un nuevo proceso constituyente. La misma derecha que por 30 años se negó a moverle una coma a la Constitución de Pinochet y que solo aceptó hacerle cambios cuando se le acabaron los senadores designados. Debemos recordar que es la misma clase política que desde la derecha (incluyendo a los DC), se ha opuesto a cambios sustanciales y que dice que, pase lo que pase el 4 de septiembre, la Constitución actual está muerta. Hay que ser cuando menos ingenuo, sino tonto, para creer que ahora sí harán cambios.
Es importante que todos los votantes de este país (el voto es obligatorio para este plebiscito) tengan claro que en 1980 hubo una elección fraudulenta, sin padrón electoral, con reportes de personas muertas que votaron. Nunca sabremos si esa Constitución fue o no aprobada por los ciudadanos de este país, porque fue escrita en dictadura y “votada” bajo el mismo régimen. Esta vez, l@s chilen@s tendremos la oportunidad de participar en una elección legítima y hay que tener claro que votar por el Rechazo es tomar la oportunidad que no tuvimos en 1980 y eso significa votar por la Constitución de Pinochet, que se perpetuaría por quién sabe cuántos años más.
