Nuevos despidos en el municipio de Rancagua: ¿un anticipo de lo que se viene?

Tal como lo adelantó El Regionalista, en edición anterior, se preveían cambios profundos en la gestión del alcalde Godoy, en especial cuando ya su administración se estaba cubriendo de un manto de dudas y sospechas, que concluyeron en diversas presentaciones ante Contraloría y luego, ante el Tribunal Electoral Regional (TER), querella que fue decretada como admisible por dicho órgano, que está en proceso de investigación y que, en algún momento, deberá pronunciarse.

A excepción del equipo íntimo del alcalde Juan Ramón Godoy, nadie más estaba enterado de la decisión del edil, quien solicitó la renuncia a la actual administradora municipal, Alicia Barrera, al secretario comunal de planificación, Eduardo García Chinchón, contratado por el exalcalde Eduardo Soto como Asesor Técnico de Obras (ATO) en dos proyectos que no concluyeron bien: polideportivo Lourdes en su primera etapa y el colegio Eduardo de Geyter. También, se desvinculó a la directora de finanzas de la Cormun, Carla Puchi, quien se hizo conocida, el año pasado, cuando El Regionalista hizo público que casi duplicó su sueldo, en relación con la directora anterior.

El Regionalista, en un Diálogo Regionalista conversó con dos de los concejales, que fueron protagonistas de las querellas contra el mandamás del municipio local sobre las nuevas desvinculaciones. He aquí sus respuestas: Hugo Guzmán, en conversación telefónica señaló que: “me tomó por sorpresa la noticia de los despidos. De primera instancia, se me generan dos impresiones: una, la alta rotación de directivos de la actual administración – primero, fue el secretario general de la Cormun y la jefa de educación. Enseguida, fue el director de la Corporación de Deportes, luego, el asesor jurídico y ahora, la administradora municipal y el secretario de planificación comunal (secplac). En un año, me sorprende la cantidad de despidos, da cuenta de que al alcalde Godoy le cuesta mucho armar equipos”.

Valentina Cáceres, manifestó, en tanto, que: “a priori, es sorpresivo, no se comunicó a los concejales y ahora hay que esperar quien llegué. Nosotros, por lo menos, tenemos el mayor espíritu de colaborar”.

Epílogo: municipio de Rancagua, una tensa espera

Consultadas diversas fuentes internas del municipio, indicaron a este medio que: “tal vez se le pueda venir la noche” al edil local, quien, se rumorea, ya devolvió aproximadamente 24 millones por las cuestionadas asesorías simultaneas a diversos municipios – Rengo, Nancagua, Graneros, etc. –, en una investigación que realizó Contraloría, mientras era el secplac de Coltauco. Se indica, entre pasillos, que la investigación por las irregularidades en Cormun, podría explicar el despido de la directora de finanzas, una especie de chivo expiatorio anticipado de lo que podría venir. Igual situación podría ocurrir con la solicitud de renuncia a la administradora municipal.
