En los últimos días, la demora en el nombramiento de las/os subsecretarias/os fue asignado a las tensiones de los partidos de la coalición gobernante con el presidente electo y su equipo. La incorporación de militantes de la ex Concertación, que se entendió como la búsqueda de una base de apoyo político mayor al futuro gobierno ante su debilitada presencia en el parlamento, también se sintió como un riesgo de aplacar el impulso reformista, sumado a la pérdida del poder recién ganado.
De hecho, la especulación de los analistas era más bien saber si se consolidaría una posición más pragmática y dialogante de Boric o si en este gallito se impondrían los partidos de la futura coalición gobernante. Particularmente, el PC fue quien más mensajes de disconformidad manifestó a través de sus distintos dirigentes, asimismo también lo hizo saber Revolución Democrática.

En Hacienda, la subsecretaria Sanhueza no sólo es una destacada economista, sino que como militante RD abre espacios de mayor diálogo político para el ministro.
Hay designaciones que han provocado efervescencia en las redes sociales por distintos motivos. Christian Larraín, subsecretario de Previsión Social implementó el CAE cuya condonación es una de las medidas más destacadas del nuevo gobierno; Willy Kracht en Minería fue bastante categórico respecto del litio y sus posibilidades, quitando piso a la posibilidad de generar una industria asociada; el subsecretario de Fuerzas Armadas, Galo Eldeistein, militante PC, fue vicerrector de Finanzas de la Universidad Arcis, de cuya quiebra se culpa precisamente a su partido. En Obras Públicas, al designado Alfredo Gutiérrez se le adjudica una querella criminal en proceso.
Más allá de estas acusaciones, se ve un equipo de personas especialistas en sus respectivas áreas con experiencia tanto en el sector público como privado, lo que es un capital de gran valor en un gobierno que no tiene tiempos para el aprendizaje y que debe mostrar resultados de manera bastante rápida. Ello, tanto por el tiempo que duran sus gestiones (cuatro años, sin posibilidad de reelección) como por el cúmulo de demandas y expectativas que carga el presidente electo y su coalición.
No podemos obviar las designaciones en Agricultura, ya que ambos, el ministro Esteban Valenzuela y el subsecretario José Guajardo son de nuestra región y además, en algo que no es usual, pertenecen al mismo partido político, cuando siempre se buscan duplas que políticamente amplíen sus fronteras.
La designación del ministro Valenzuela fue fuertemente cuestionada por la actual diputada y futura senadora Alejandra Sepúlveda, del mismo partido del ministro designado, aduciendo supuesta incapacidad técnica. Los desafíos de la gestión de esta repartición debieran centrarse, según la parlamentaria, en la modernización de sus servicios que ya no tienen la capacidad de enfrentar los desafíos que tiene el mundo rural. Pareciera que la presión y reclamo que ejerció tuvo el efecto de colocar en la subsecretaría al candidato que promocionó para el cargo de ministro. La designación del subsecretario Guajardo pareciera coherente, ya que los desafíos planteados por la diputada tienen directa relación con la labor que le corresponde a los subsecretarios, que es la relación político-administrativa al interior de los ministerios.
Ahora, todo lo que se puede decir son simplemente elucubraciones, ya que el movimiento se demuestra andando.
