Dirigentes sindicales y trabajadores de O’Higgins son capacitados a través de Escuela de Formación Sindical

Más de 40 trabajadores y trabajadoras de la región de O´Higgins recibieron la certificación de 110 horas de formación en una nueva versión de la Escuela de Formación Sindical, programa ejecutado por la Universidad SEK y desarrollado en el marco del programa gubernamental, impulsado por la Subsecretaría del Trabajo.

Durante el mes de diciembre se dio cierre a una nueva versión de la Escuela de Formación Sindical, programa ejecutado por la Universidad SEK y desarrollado en el marco del programa gubernamental, impulsado por la Subsecretaría del Trabajo.

En este cierre más de 40 trabajadores y trabajadoras de la región recibieron la certificación de 110 horas de formación, enfocadas en el desarrollo de herramientas, habilidades y competencias que permitan mejorar su desempeño como dirigentes sociales. Al respecto, Doris Rodríguez Zavala, SEREMI del Trabajo y Previsión Social de la Región de O’Higgins, mencionó que: “para nosotros, como Subsecretaria y Seremia, es fundamental entregar herramientas que son importantes, concretas y esenciales para los trabajadores y trabajadoras de nuestra región, porque les va a permitir tener mejores capacidades, con el fin de enfrentar los procesos de negociación y de diálogo social que estamos llevando adelante como gobierno, especialmente en los diálogos tripartitos que estamos impulsando entre trabajadores, empleadores y el mundo del gobierno”.

L@s participantes de la iniciativa, en tanto, se mostraron satisfechos de los logros alcanzados. Catalina Duarte Paredes, estudiante del curso y parte de la Asociación Nacional de Funcionarios del Ministerio de Educación, menciona que: “sin duda, esta capacitación contribuye laboralmente a nuestra formación respecto a materias laborales y forma de relación de conflictos, mediación, entre otras. Nos permite avanzar hacia relaciones dialógicas respecto a materia laboral”, enfatiza.

La Escuela, que se llevó a cabo entre los meses de septiembre y noviembre del presente año, estuvo a cargo de la Dirección de Formación Continua de la Universidad SEK. María Laura Navarrete, del equipo de Formación Continua y coordinadora del programa establece que “es importante valorar esta instancia de la Subsecretaría del Trabajo, pues se cumple con el objetivo de generar mayores programas de relaciones laborales y diálogo social, en el entendido que a trabajadores mejor capacitados son mejores las relaciones dentro de la empresa. A esto se agrega el plus de establecer políticas de equidad de género; por esto mismo, nosotros nos vamos muy contentos y conformes con el trabajo desarrollado los últimos tres meses”. Adicionalmente, se destaca que esta no es la primera instancia del organismo universitario, el que lleva más de 5 años desarrollando este tipo de programas, con más de 100 mil personas capacitadas en la región de O’Higgins.
